I love the challenge of weaving different materials into classic chainmaille weaves. Here I use a Byzantine weave in 16G, which has some comforting heft to it. The clasp is a MagLok magnet which self latches making it easy to don. Once connected it does not release to latch onto other metal, such as a stair railing or grocery cart handle.
The illustrated bracelets are 7 3/4" long and 7/8" wide. I am able to make this is varying sizes.
A note about materials: The jewelry-safe pewter elements are closed rings, in contrast to open rings typically used to weave chainmaille. The copper is solid and will patina, but easily refreshes with a vinegar/water or ketchup (rinse well). The silver is 1/10th silver-filled and will tarnish (keep in airtight bag when not wearing).
